Here as, JSSR REAL HOMES PVT. LTD. (‘Developer/ JSSR’) is in process of undertaking the development of a JSSR in Sector 12, Gurgaon over an area measuring 10.50625 acres in accordance with the provision of license No. 02 of 2024 dated 10-01-2024 granted by Director General, Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh.
And whereas the JSSR has shifted the location of the green area with UGSTP, UGT, community center   , commercial block along with the earlier approved layout plan have been approved “in principle” by the DGTCP vide memo no. LC-5140 B-JE(SB)-2025/11423 DATED 28.03.2025
And whereas, as a pre-condition for allowing such amendment in the Layout Plan, the office of Director , Town & Country Planning, Haryana Chandigarh requires the JSSR to ascertain if there are any objections to the revision of Layout Plan.
Accordingly, vide this public notice objections are hereby invited from the allottees in the said project for the opposed shifting in the location the location of the green area with UGSTP, UGT, community center   and commercial block A copy of earlier approved Layout Plan bearing Memo No. LC-5140/JE(RK)/2024/1257 DATED 11/01/2024     and the vised Layout Plan “IN Principle” bearing memo LC-5140 B-JE(SB)-2025/11423 DATED 28.03.2025  is available perusal on our website www.nookcity.org  The said Building Plan can also be perused at the registered office of 91D Professor Colony Near Anand public school Yamuna Nagar HR 135001 INDIA, the site office of the undersigned at NOOK CITY SECTOR 12, Kheri Rangrana YAMUNA NAGAR as well as in the office of Senior Town Planner, HSVP Complex, Sector -6, Panchkula
Any allottee having any objection on proposed change, may file his objection of the office of Senior Town Planner, HSVP Complex, Sector -6, Panchkula within 30 days of the publication of this notice, failing which it shall be summed that there are no objections to the said Layout Plan of the Colony.
